Our engineers are our technical experts. The ideal candidate will possess a drive to join a team of experts in innovation and best practices, that are leading the way in Cybersecurity Engineering and Secure Software Development. We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on engineers who can rapidly learn new technologies and translate them into use-cases across many market verticals such as Federal Government Agencies, Medical Services, Manufacturing, and Financial Services, as well others. Working alongside the Sr. Engineers, you’ll work in our One Team culture to design solutions and align our capabilities based on the needs of our prospects.
On our small, dynamic team, you’ll have opportunities beyond customer engagements as well. Our subject matter experts help mentor and train new team members, work strategically alongside them, and lead the definition and prototyping of new solutions, technologies, and many other capabilities.
Common Qualifications
- Ability to confidently present in a public forum to illustrate ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Consultative experience with both customers and partners as a subject matter expert
- Direct, hands-on (or the ability to perform) technical experience in a customer-facing role
- Effectively manage client expectations with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving technical & business problems
- Experience working in an Agile environment
